Implants - before and after

does anyone have any experience - before and after - with body implants? breast, ass, lip, thigh, wherever...

i’ve never felt a bolt-on boobie but seen many many in pictures. do they feel right in person? look right?

i’m gonna put up a before and after pic of the same woman. do you think she turned out better?

I think this has boosted her self esteem, but fore me, I can get past physical appearance to see the real person pretty quickly.

Im generally not a huge fan of implants. They just dont feel right and in many cases dont look right. Love what God gave you I say. In this particular case I think it was an improvement, put I do agree, looks are definitely not everything. Not even close.

I’ll agree- it was an improvement. But, I’m not a huge fan of when girls get breast implants- part of me thinks its cheating- but I also know lots of girls who have very small breasts and feel very self conscious about it. Women are made to feel self conscious about it if they don’t have a large chest (thanks guys! ;-)). So, I can see why some girls would want to get it done. I know if I had a very small chest, it would really bother me.

And Fuz, dont put all the blame on guys for this. Big boobies are no doubt marvels to be admired, but if the rest of the package aint right, they are best left alone.

Take the girls in this picture - their proportions are perfect and their boobies fit them perfectly IMO. Put some bolt-on’s on a woman or a big foamy padded bra and she becomes imbalanced. And they do not seem self conscious in this pic. Remember that sexy is a state of mind and part of the complete being, not just 2 fatty funbags. (as said by a guy in his 40’s, not a guy who’s 18!)

i dated a girl berore i was married who had implants. she had a tiny waist, was about 5’4" just about a knockout of a body. one weekend we went on another couples boat, (the first time i was gonna’ get a good look at them). she wore a bikini of course and she looked good. i mean the dr. who ever did them made them look very natural. there was no outline of the implant when she laid down, nothin but beauty. i did get to feel them, they felt heavy and not as soft as a natural boob. she asked me if could tell?. i was honest and said "not until i touched them". that was the only time i ever felt implants.

Oh come on Vodka- it’s no secret that guys like bigger breasts. Plus- weren’t you more into breasts when you were my age (21) I know quite a few girls who have gotten implants. And when guys make a lot of comments about a girls chest, it can get to them. I’m sure men’s fascination is less dominating as they grow older, but I can see it being hard when you’re young.

well fuz, i too think the girl in the before and after pics look better but, I don’t especially like big boobs, boobs don’t make the woman, the personality does. I think that it helps a woman feel good about themselves at times but it doesn’t matter to me This is a picture of my wife bsfore she had the 2 girls, and i love her with or without boobs, but since she has had the girls her boobs got a bit bigger, it doesn’t really matter to me weather she has big, small, or no boobs because i love her for her.

Actually this guy prefers smaller chested women. I married a woman on the bigger breasted side, but it was her personality that I fell in love with not her chest. I think that the improvement was in her facial expression in the pictures above. I love the picture Vodka!!! Nice well portioned chest this guy in his thirties agrees.

I have never had any, nor any real experience with any.

Though, my aunt has them because she was totally flat and didn’t feel very feminine. For the psychological impact that feeling more like a woman has given her, they are a great benefit. She got them young, and now swears that she wishes she had found another way to increase her self image - she doesn’t like the way they feel anymore. Now, she didn’t go huge. Hers are very proportional to her body and, if you didn’t know you were looking at fake breasts, you would never know. I think she went to B’s is all.

we had a neighbor who was very flat chested and had her boobs done. she looked great afterwards with clothes on, but when she wore just a t-shirt around the house (without bra) you could tell they were just too perky for their own good.

i don’t have any before and after pics of her, but here are a few i found when i googled "breast enhancement". i think they all looked better natural. what do you think?

Yeah hiccup, I was thinking the same thing. Looks bigger than the other and really odd shaped. They do all look better before. Poor girls.....feeling they had to do that. Its 99.9% societys fault. Oh well......

I think there are valid cases where an implant does provide a more normal feeling for the person, so i’m not down on every person who has them, like persons who had breast cancer, serious size discrepencies, etc., but otherwise perfectly normal and beautiful women do get screwed up by it too.

My question still is: do they feel normal and right? I’d like to do a blind field test of 20 women to see if I could tell! :^) Also, what do they do with implants on women who have died? do they leave them in or recycle them? Imagine in 30 years a body gets exhumed and all thats left is waterballoons!!!

I did hear that if you hold a flashlight under an enhanced titty that all the veins and stuff show up real weird.

I’ve been with a couple of girls who were enhanced........but they all had saline implants - not silicone. Were’nt overdone, looked & felt natural but I think a lot of that depends on the Dr. too!

Vodka - next time I’m going to see one of them, I’ll bring a flashlight..........besides, it can get dark under the covers.

A really good enhancement is fine. And I can understand the effect it might have on a girl’s self-esteem. But, a lot fo the enlarged breasts I’ve seen in pictures online seem poorly done. The shape is out of whack, or the nipples are pointing out to either side. I’ve seen one girl who looked like she had one of those small, half-size basketballs cut in half and inserted under her skin, with automatic cleavage even nude -- and the skin showed wrinkles like fabric where they met in the middle. I’ve seen others with visible wrinkles or waves in the implant itself and the wrinkle or wave showed. That isn’t attractive at all.

I’m male and I hate fake boobies. Men are pigs, ignore what we say. I can imagine there’s a very small subset of women who’s psychology is such that breast augmentation surgury can probably be a positive in their lives, and I’m friends with a few strippers who seem to fit that category. Still, I’d suggest, and I think my stripper friends would agree, that that number is way way less than the number of women who get this done; a great many of whom do not look better after the surgury. Relationships that last are not built on looks alone and if someone is only interested in you for how your boobs look, you’re probably dating the wrong guy or living in the wrong state. :-)

My roommate is very small chesed- and it bothers her to no end and she is extremely self conscious. We’ve also heard guy friends say they’d prefer a fake C over a real B or A. Now, if you were my roommate, wouldn’t that make you self conscious?

Yes- I know that relationships aren’t based on a womans breasts, but when youre young, it can really, really bother you. I’d never advocate them, but if it might help a girl feel better about herself, waht am I to say? I don’t have small breasts so I can’t fully understand how much it can effect you.

I can totally understand how comments like that could make someone feel self conscious. If it helps her feel better about herself, I do not have anything against it. I think most women look better with out it, but I would not think less of a person who had a boob job either.

FuzNub - I’m sure you have heard guys say that because guys need to be cool and for some reason the big boob thing has become part of our silly culture. I think the biggest offender at the moment is mainstream porn, which is nearly unwatchable partially as a result of fake boobs. I guess my point was just to say that there are plenty of guys who prefer A’s and B’s to C’s (or D’s) and moreover that we prefer natural anything to fake everything. It’s perhaps only the knowledge that that’s true or age which brings about a refined attitude where you just won’t care as much. And for what it’s worth, I certainly don’t think less of anyone who’s had a boob job, what you do with your body is your decision, but I probably wouldn’t date fake boobies myself. I’m of the opinion that if you need to stuff a silicone bag in yourself to feel good that we’re just not on the same wavelength.
